XGS+ 1.5 outdoor: dvLED panel at 1.5 mm pixel pitch
XGS+ 1.5 outdoor is an outdoor series: sealed cabinets and daylight brightness for facades, stadiums and digital out of home. One product option in SMD, cabinet 480 × 540 mm, 4,000 nits. Every option is driven by the ERMAC control system and calibrated as one system in Kassel, Germany.
Surface technology MIP & SMD FC, Micro LED in package, and flip chip surface mount: Two routes to fine pitch that keep the advantage of a finished, measurable package. Best for: Colour critical rooms that also need serviceability, and long lived installations where batch to batch consistency matters.
Rule of thumb for the viewing distance: the minimal distance in meters equals the pixel pitch in millimeters, so XGS+ 1.5 outdoor looks sharp from about 1.5 m. One cabinet carries 320 × 360 pixels, is 63 mm deep and weighs 9 kg. Processing runs at 26 bit, frame rates up to 60 Hz, refresh rate 3840 Hz.
All option carries a protective coating over the LEDs. Built for outdoor use, rated up to IP65. Every product option has a technical spec sheet as PDF. Pricing is per project: pick the option in the display designer and our engineers come back with layout, control system and quote.
